HRConnect Community has held a focus group on 10 August 2018, and the topic was “How A.I. could enhance the development of HR”. At this event, several HR executive management professions were invited to attend so as to share their point of view of the particular topic. Most of them were from large-scaled corporates in Hong Kong which would have more than 500 employees, such as Wing On Department Stores, Ngong Ping 360 Ltd., Dragages Ltd., Calvin Klein Asia Pacific Ltd., Alliance Construction Materials Ltd., etc.

In the focus group, the Managing Director of Cityray, Mr. Lawrence Szeto, has led all the honor guests provide their valuable opinions on the topic. As the guests were coming from different industries, everyone has a good time to share his/her views among the HR professions.

Besides the discussion, Lawrence has presented a newly innovated product by Cityray, HR Dashboard, to the guests and gathered the feedback from them. Many of the guests have shown their interest in the new technology and would like to see if this could enhance the operations of their corporate.

Guests were pleased to attend the activity, since on one hand they could have some new ideas on the HR Tech market, and on the other hand they could have the opportunity to connect with the executive levels of the HR in other large-scaled corporates.
