Cityray participated in the annual flagship event ” ForeSight 2024″ and the launching ceremony of the “ESG One” organized by the Hong Kong Productivity Council. Over three hundred political, business leaders, and media attended the event, creating a lively atmosphere. During the forum, the guests collectively explored the importance of sustainable development and delved into the ESG opportunities in Hong Kong within the 2024 context. Discussions revolved around how to achieve carbon neutrality by 2025 and transform Hong Kong into a sustainable financial hub in Asia. One of the guest speakers shared insights into the public’s misconceptions between the textile industry and environmental concepts, aiming to dispel stereotypes and inspire thoughts on the green economy.

The forum also marked the official launch of the HKPC’s new “ESG One” platform, offering free access to ESG performance assessments for the industry. By leveraging innovative technologies, the platform aims to accelerate the implementation of ESG goals and enable small and medium-sized enterprises to share in the economic benefits of green finance.

Cityray greatly benefited from the forum and expressed a commitment to continue adhering to sustainable development principles in 2024. We will collaborate with the government’s carbon reduction targets and leverage technology to expand our business, ultimately contributing to making Hong Kong a green city.
