Cityray has been recognized by Hong Kong Baptist University and Hong Kong People Management Association for our excellent HR technology professions, and has been appointed as the designated technical partner of the conference for the fourth consecutive year. Simultaneously, HR Connect Community (HRCC), the HR networking community managed by Cityray, was appointed as one of the supporting organizations of the conference for the first time, jointly creating a new milestone for both “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Pay and Benefits Survey” and Cityray.

The annual “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Pay and Benefits Survey” started in 1995 and is co-organized by Hong Kong Baptist University and the Hong Kong People Management Association. It is one of the most representative survey reports on pay in the country, providing companies with detailed information on changes in pay trends.

Since 2019, the survey report has begun to focus on the Greater Bay Area, and has invited South China University of Technology and Talent Development and Management Association of Guangdong to co-organise the event, aiming to increase the participation of enterprises in the area. This year, with the participation of University of Macau, making the entire “2022 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Pay and Benefits Survey” more representative and meaningful.

The survey covers 19 industries in the 9+2 regions of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, comprising 7 major topics listed below. It is estimated that there will be more than 450 participating institutions, covering about 350,000 employees. The scope of the survey includes:

The survey is open now for registration. The questionnaire will be distributed from 4th July this year, and the results will be released in a seminar format on 20th October.

施特偉獲委任香港浸會大學「粵港澳大灣區薪酬及福利調查」 技術夥伴
HRCC首次獲委任為大會支持機構

施特偉Cityray以卓越的HR科技專業水平,獲得香港浸會大學及香港人才管理協會認可,連續四年獲委任大會指定技術夥伴。同時,施特偉所創辦的HR交流社團,HRConnect Community (HRCC),首次獲委任為大會支持機構,為「粵港澳大灣區薪酬及福利調查」共同開創新里程。

一年一度的「粵港澳大灣區薪酬及福利調查」始於1995年,由香港浸會大學、香港人才管理協會組織合辦,為企業提供薪酬趨勢變化的具體信息。是本地有關薪酬方面最具有代表性的調查報告之一。2019年起開始定位大灣區,邀得華南理工大學及廣東省人才開發與管理研究會一同舉辦,增進大灣區的企業參與。今年更得到澳門大學加入,讓整個「2022粵港澳大灣區薪酬及福利調查」變得更具代表性及意義。這次調查涵蓋粵港澳大灣區9+2各地區之中19個行業及下例的7大內容範疇,預計超過450間參加機構,覆蓋約35萬員工,調查範圍包括:
