Cityray awarded with Family-Friendly Scheme 2018 by HKSAR Home Affair Bureau
On 8th December 2018, the Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme 2017-2018 award presenting ceremony was held in Hong Kong Disneyland. On this day, Cityray was glad to be awarded as a Meritorious Family-Friendly Employer for the Breastfeeding Support.
The objectives of the Family-Friendly Employer Award would be as following:
- To raise awareness of the employers of the importance of family core values, and to foster a pro-family culture and environment.
- To five recognition to employers that demonstrate a family-friendly spirit and encourage them to implement family-friendly employment policies and practices.
The policies and practices of the award can be broadly classified into the following 5 categories:
- Work-related Policies and Practices
- Employee and Family Care Arrangements
- Employee and Family Benefits and Support
- Employee Activities
- Breastfeeding Policies and Practices
By participating in the award scheme, Cityray would demonstrate the family-friendly spirit throughout the workplace, and would also wish to inspire more employers to join the scheme.
