Sales & Client Success Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales & Client Success Officer to drive business growth and ensure long-term client satisfaction. This role focuses on enhancing our brand image, engaging with corporate clients, and driving our marketing efforts through digital and nondigital channels.
As a key bridge between our solutions and our clients, you will have the unique opportunity to communicate directly with management from well-known multinational companies and listed companies, as well as collaborate with famous enterprises, associations, and statutory bodies to expand your professional network. Additionally, you will learn and apply advanced analytics software to perform data analysis and build office automation services to optimize business workflows.
Responsibilities
Client Success & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their business objectives are met through our services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, addressing their concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure they are effectively utilizing our products and platforms.
Sales & Brand Building:
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings to existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively promote our corporate services and enhance brand image.
- Conduct market research and client surveys to identify industry trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
Marketing and Social Media:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns, digital and nondigital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Create engaging content, graphics, and videos that resonate with our corporate audience and promote our brand values.
Requirements
- Location & Language: Must be located in Hong Kong and be a fluent Cantonese speaker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Lower education background will also be considered.
- Experience: Experience in corporate communications, sales, marketing, or account management is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies; eager to learn software systems and data analysis.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently with corporate management.
- Work Attitude: Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment; willing to accept opinions and follow supervisor’s instructions.
