Thank you letter from Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong 2020

Hyatt is a world-renowned hotel brand that owns and manages hundreds of hotels in 45 countries and regions. As of 2019, the corporation has run 62 hotels throughout China, of which 50 are international 5-star or above standards. 

Thanks to the trust of Hyatt, Cityray has become its human resources technology partner in the early years and provided HR management systems for all 50 hotels with 5-stars or above. The current 4 Hyatt Group hotels in Hong Kong, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui, Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Sha Tin, and Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong (Hyatt Centric), are all clients of Cityray. 


As a new member of Hyatt, Hyatt Centric is located in the centre of Hong Kong Island, on the waterfront of North Point. It has now become one of the new landmarks on Hong Kong Island. 

Hyatt Centric has the breath-taking scenery of the North Point waterfront and is well-located. It is within walking distance to the North Point Ferry Terminal, Tram Station, MTR Station, and the waterfront promenade. It provides convenient transportation for passengers to run through all parts of Hong Kong, keeps their finger on the pulse of the city, with an add on of stroll along the promenade in front of the hotel. 


As early as its preparation to open in 2018, Hyatt Centric had commissioned Cityray to implement an HR management system and adopted the core module of iHRPLUS® EVO-6 to meet their needs of employee information and salary management. In 2019, Hyatt Centric officially opened and further adopted the iHRPLUS® Employee Self-Service system to their current system. The two functions of self-service leave management and on-duty management were released to employees to improve management efficiency and significantly reduce time spent on processing relevant employee data. 


During the cooperation in the past few years, Cityray has been providing professional and stable services to Hyatt Centric, including implementing the Employee Self-Service system step by step and providing flexible support services to cooperate with Hyatt Centric current business development. 

In October 2020, Cityray was honoured to receive a letter of thanks from Hyatt Centric to express its encouragement. In the days to come, Cityray will continue to provide professional and sincere services to meet various challenges with customers, strengthen human capital, and strive to provide numerous HR management technology solutions. 


According to the 2019 statistics, 13.1% of hotels in Hong Kong use Cityray’s technology solutions, with the utilization rate of hotels with 5-stars or above being as high as 30.8%, proving that Cityray is supported and trusted by the hotel industry.
