Thanks to the 20 more years of trust from Shangri-La, Cityray has again created a new era HR management system for Shangri-La

Shangri-La Hotel (hereby referred to as Shangri-La) is a world-renowned five-star luxury hotel brand established in Hong Kong, with more than 95 hotels and resorts worldwide. Since 1996, Shangri-La has adopted Cityray’s human resource management technology, and both sides have maintained a friendly and close cooperative relationship. 

In order to cope with its steady uptrend development in Hong Kong, Shangri-La signed a new cooperation agreement with Cityray in November 2018, determined to upgrade the human resources technology system. This upgrade will cover five hotels under Shangri-La’s Hong Kong region, including Island Shangri-La, Kowloon Shangri-La, Kerry Hotel, JEN Hong Kong and Aberdeen Marina Club. Overall, this system upgrade will include the following key points:

  • Upgrade the existing HR system of Cityray to the latest version iHRPLUS® EVO 6 
  • Use iHRPLUS® EVO 6’s time attendance module to replace the existing attendance solution, making its operation more accurate and detailed
  • Set up a dedicated interface to integrate the group’s existing global human resource management system
  • The newly joined Kerry Hotel also adopts Cityray’s iHRPLUS® EVO 6 system
