As one of the developments of the Victoria Dockside, K11 ARTUS, formerly known as the InterContinental Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, has been fully refurbished and opened in the second half of 2019 as another new landmark in Kowloon. Based on international creative art design, the 14-story K11 ARTUS apartment building is a well-built, new styled, and high-ended hotel-style serviced apartment project.

Dr Cheng Chi Kong, the founder of K11 and executive vice-chairman of New World Development Company Limited, commented that the ARTUS project is a milestone for the K11 brand to enter the hotel industry. Among the 287 residences of ARTUS, apart from acting as a living space, the site will attract talents that aim to redefine the concept of hotel-style residences by designing high privacy homes, allowing guests who pursue the quality of life to inspire more innovative ideas.
