Cityray has maintained the exclusive partnership of Hyatt’s five-star or above hotels in Greater China, upgrading the human resource management technology system for all hotels in the Hong Kong region

Hyatt is a world-renowned hotel brand, owning and managing hundreds of hotels in 45 countries and regions. The corporation runs 62 hotels throughout China, of which 50 have international 5-star or above standards.  

Thanks to the trust of Hyatt, Cityray has become its sole human resource technology partner in the early years and provided HR management systems for all 50 5-star or above hotels. Simultaneously, the two parties have also agreed on applying Cityray’s human resource management system to all future newly opened Hyatt’s 5-star hotels or above in China. Hence fully demonstrates the closeness of this cooperation relationship. 

 

In 2019, Cityray will carry out system upgrades for all three Hyatt’s Hong Kong hotels. This involves Grand Hyatt Hong KongHyatt Regency Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui and Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Sha Tin. (The newly purchased Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong is also an existing customer of Cityray). This upgrade mainly focused on the following project highlights: 

  • Upgrade the existing operating system from HRPLUS® V9 (client-server model) to iHRPLUS® EVO 6 (Internet version) 
  • Implement Employee Self-Service system, adding modules such as leave management, attendance management, and shift roster management 
  • Replace the existing attendance management system with iHRPLUS® EVO 6’s Time Attendance Management System

施特偉續成為凱悅集團(Hyatt)大中華區五星級或以上酒店獨家合作夥伙伴,為其香港所有酒店升級人力資源管理科技系統

而於2019年,施特偉將會為凱悅集團在香港的全數3間酒店進行系統升級工程,該3間酒店分別為君悅酒尖沙咀凱悅酒以及沙田凱悅酒(最新收購的香港維港凱悅尚萃酒店亦為施特偉的現有客戶)。這次升級主要有以下項目重點:

  • 將現有的作業系統由HRPLUS® V9 (客戶端/伺服器架構) 升級至 iHRPLUS® EVO 6 (互聯網版)
  • 實施員工自助管理系統,加入休假管理、考勤管理以及編更管理等模組
  • 以iHRPLUS® EVO 6的考勤管理系統去取代現有的系統
