Hallmark Cards was established in the United States with a history of 100 years and more. It is currently the oldest and largest greeting card manufacturer in the States with worldwide operations. Hallmark Cards HK (Hallmark HK) became one of Cityray’s clients in 1998 and adopted iHRPLUS® as their HR management technology system. Hallmark Cards current produces other mainline products, including party supplies, gift papers and stationery, alongside their original product, greetings cards. In 2016, Hallmark Card’s total annual revenue was $4 billion US dollars. 

For more than 20 years, Cityray has been providing Hallmark HK with stable HR system solutions, as well as efficient maintenance and support services. For these reasons, Cityray was their sole choice when Hallmark HK planned to upgrade the HR management system in 2019 and continued to adopt iHRPLUS® as its HR management solution. 

The primary purpose of the system upgrade for Hallmark HK is to upgrade the existing version iHRPLUS® EVO 5 to iHRPLUS® EVO 6 and further improve the performance and computing speed of the main modules (including organizational structure, employee file management, salary management, and leave management). On top of that, coupling with the e-Leave management of the Employee Self-Service platform, ensuring the management is simpler and more efficient to meet its rising demands on HR management. Since Cityray has always won the trust and support of Hallmark HK, some new customers have been introduced to Cityray through Hallmark HK.
